"My Tesla windshield was broken, so I took it directly to the Tesla Service Center for replacement. Later, when I talked to a friend about the incident, I learned that windshield coverage works differently. I then called State Farm and was told that my comprehensive insurance covers it, with no record and only a small deductible—a fraction of what I paid. Thank you to Albert’s team and Katalina for assisting me through the process."

"This is been the worse experience I had with state farm, they never take care of my bill issues on time, I always have to keep contact them to find out what's going on, confusion with my vehicle, very bad communication, but for them to charge me every month they always on time and telling me they will cancel my coverage if I don't pay. :( very dissapointed."

"Summary: Errors in updating my policy left my vehicle uninsured, with no follow-up or accountability from the agency. I’ve been a customer since 2020 and historically had positive experiences. Recently, when adding a new vehicle, the agency issued an ID card but failed to update the policy. Despite multiple attempts through email and calls, I received no response or follow-up from the assigned agent, Gloriya Plenkina. The result was that my vehicle remained uninsured without my knowledge—an unacceptable and frustrating oversight that put my coverage and safety at risk. It is deeply concerning that the agency showed no urgency or accountability in correcting such a critical issue. This experience has left me with no confidence in their ability to protect customers, and I have since moved all my policies to another insurance provider. I worry that an agency unable to handle basic customer needs cannot be trusted to deliver high-quality insurance."

"I just recently switch to this company about a month ago. There isn’t enough words I can use to say how wonderful this company is! When I say they speak to speak you ACTUALLY GET SPEAK to someone there is NONE of those frustrating automated systems, an actual person answers the phone. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Ayanna today due to a concern I had. Her positive energy, and kindness show through and through and was so very helpful. I had to call at another time and spoke with another person from their office concerning me turning in my daughter’s report card. It had all the information they needed, other than a GPA was missing. Her school district doesn’t put GPA’s on their report cards. He was able to work it out that I still got the good student discount. Great rates considering the fact I have a 16yr old on my insurance. This is an agency I highly recommend as they do want to help their clients."
