"Nothing particularly bad or special about this this specific agent so average rating. Over 5.5 years, called a few times per year because most actions require agent phone calls. StateFarm though as a national insurance company is pretty dated. Their website is sometimes down and functionality within the site even when working is limited. This leads to having to call the agent on the phone which can be time consuming, especially if you can't get through or get bounced around with different agents whom may or may not be familiar with your case."

"My eldest son just enrolled in his driver's ed and just got hus learner's permit, and my previous insurance already doubled my monthly payment. Tried shopping around and was able to talk to Art from Statefarm. He explained clearly the differences in policy of different companies, got me the best rate and went above and beyond to help me find ways to further save on my insurance and planned ahead for future purchase. Unlike other insurance agents, it was evident that instead of upselling me and gaining an additional few bucks, his goal was to help me save and gain a long term loyal customer!"

"Albert saved my financial state. Years back when I was shopping for insurance policy he was the only agent that explained to me the importance of high policy limits. "Just changed our Auto insurance to State Farm, couldn’t believe I’m saving 20% compared to my previous insurance with much better coverage and less deductibles! I went through Albert rather than online, he is very nice and helpful to give recommendations as per our needs, gave multiple price comparisons and made the process so easy!! I highly recommend going through agent, I got less quote compared to online, you can always ask for more eligible discounts!"
